Dr. Munqith Dagher – CEO and Chairman
Dr. Munqith Dagher conducted Iraq’s first-ever public opinion poll and since that time has been responsible for undertaking 1,500,000+ interviews for a range of agencies and topics. Munqith came up with the idea of creating IIACSS back in 2003 while he was a Professor of Public Administration/ Strategic Management at Baghdad University. He has managed more than 800 public opinion and various market research projects. He has lectured widely and published several articles and books in different countries in the world. Due to his wide experience and intense research, Munqith became one of the most cited and referenced source in public opinion in Iraq and Arab world. In 2007 he expanded his research base by completing a program on the Principles of Marketing Research, at the University of Georgia, in the US, models
On June 16th 2015, he awarded the Ginny Valentine Badge of Courage for Bravery in keeping research alive in multiple conflict zones from the Research Liberation Front. On Feb.2018 Munqith became a board member of Gallup International association, in charge of Middle East and North Africa region.
Munqith holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Baghdad, College of Administration and Economics and a Master degree in war sciences. He was professor of public administration and strategic management in Baghdad, Basrah and National defense universities.
Dr. Abd Al Sahib Saleh – Board member
One of IIACSS Co-founders, with Professional experience in managing public opinion surveys. ever since 2004, he Specializes in managing and analyzing political researches as well as guiding the fieldwork teams throughout the entire process of conducting the surveys. Abd Al Sahib has attended the USIAD training in Baghdad back in 2004 and has participated in GALLUP’s 2013 conference representing IIACSS in Canada.

Dr Abdul Razzaq AL-Eethawi –Vice president
One of IIACSS Founders, Abdul Razzaq Holds a PhD of philosophy in public administration and human resources from Baghdad university, a Master degree in public administration from Baghdad university as well as a degree in businesses administration from Al Mostansirya university.
Over the years, Abdul Razaq has done many economical researches for both service and industrial projects for private and public sectors.

Ms. Halasa is also the Founding Partner of (Infographic Market Research) in 2016 as well as the Founding Partner & Acting CEO in Independent Market Research (IMR ) in 2010. She has a Master Degree from Leningrad University and speaks four languages Greek ,Russian ,English & Arabic

Arwa has a Master degree in computer science and software technologies from the university of Applied science Stuttgart, Germany and an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the German Jordanian University, Jordan
